Medical Summary Scan negative Intact male 3 month of age Hx: Part of litter. Still nursing from queen. PE:EENT- NAF, Cv- No murmurs, strong and synchronous, Ms- Normal muscle mass, Neuro- Ambulatory in all 4 limbs, Abdomen- Comfortable, Lymph nodes- Normal size and shape, Skin- No ectoparasites. Assessment -diarrhea Plan Ponazuril and pyrantel given flea control- Frontline micropchipped FVRCP and Rabies given. 0.15 ml metronidazole BID for 5 days. waived for surgery due to diarrhea. Good prognosis
