-OD: mild blepharospasms but holding eye open today and appears comfortable; mild bupthalmic appearance; cornea previously ruptured but appears sealed over; severe corneal edema, elevated 3rd eyelid
-OS: area of corneal bulging, possible previous rupture but appears sealed over today; severe corneal edema; elevated 3rd eyelid, serous discharge
-AU: mild dark waxy discharge, non-pruritic
-eupnic
-soft, nonpainful abdomen
-ambulatory x 4 with no lameness, overall clean coat

-Cerenia 0.15 ml SQ SID x 2 days
-d/c erythromycin, switch to ofloxacin OU as often as possible but minimum of TID
prognosis: good overall, may require enucleation OD but recommend treating more aggressively medically before considering removal

EENT: OD bupthalmic and ruptured. OS shut closed with dried discharge. Once OS opened, chemosis, conjunctivitis, and cloudy cornea. ears mild black ceruminous debris. Dried nasal discharge bilaterally
Oral Exam: lingual ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: n externally
