Medical Summary S/O: BAR, allows handling MC 985112005353003 spay tattoo on ventrum amb x4 ABN: slightly rounded, non painful LN: NSF H/L: tachycardia, no m/a, lungs clear SKIN: moderate erythema ventrum- alopecia on ventrum, p seen licking abn moderate crusts, alopecia and dried skin on dorsal neck. Alopecia on caudal dorsum and tail. No live fleas Wood’s Lamp= negative A: dermatitis with pruritis P: convenia 0.3ml SQ once recheck in 3 days, if still red and pruritic, consider short course benadryl or prednisolone requested activyl LRS 50ml SQ DTM culture taken
