PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, both testicles descended, normal consistency
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, BCS 4.5/9
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Prognosis: excellent with appropriate care
Plan:
-move to isolation
-TAB (NO steroid) ointment OU BID x10
-doxycyline 50mg/ml: 0.6ml PO SID x10days
-check appetite to ensure eating well while on medication
-recommend weight gain
