Noted to be intermittently open mouth breathing after being dx with URI; was treated with LRS, cerenia and nebulization at time of diagnosis S/O QAR, resting on bed mild appetite with dry food OU-mild to moderate blepharospasm, no drainage crusting discharge at nares, mild active serous nasal discharge eupnic with no open mouth breathing noted mm pk, sl tacky; mild hypersalivation A URI Open mouth breathing-suspect secondary to URI P cerenia 0.4 ml SQ SID x 2 days continue nebulization therapy x 3 days
