Medical Summary Scan negative Intact male 3 month of age Hx: Part of litter. Still nursing from queen. PE:EENT- NAF, Cv- No murmurs, strong and synchronous, Ms- Normal muscle mass, Neuro- Ambulatory in all 4 limbs, Abdomen- Comfortable, Lymph nodes- Normal size and shape, Skin- No ectoparasites. Assessment -Apparently healthy felv/fiv- negative for both Plan Ponazuril and pyrantel given flea control micropchipped FVRCP and Rabies given. Erythromycin ointment BID OU for 10 days. Waived for surgery due to moderated conjuctivitis Prognosis good
