SAFE 3/28/17 Sweet SEBASTIAN – Handsome Black & White Kitty at BACC!
Sebastian A0706119 – 10 yr. neutered black/white cat, OS:
During Sebastians intake he was puring and rubbing his head on the couselor. He allowed the couselor to collar him, pick him up and take his picture with no problems.
Sebastian is a 10 year old neutered Black and white DSH mix; he came to his family from ACC and had him for 10 years. He was surrendered due to the family having no time; he has no known health issues or injures, and not vet history.
Around strangers Sebastian is shy at first but becomes friendly afterwards. He has not been around children or other animals and has no bite history.
Sebastian likes lie down and scratch on the furniture of the home. He struggle when the owner try to give him and bath, trim and trim his nails. He isn’t bothered when someone picks him up or places into a carrier. Sebastian was described as friendly, affectionate and playful with a high activity level by his previous family. He likes to follow everyone around the home and likes to play with paper and foil. Sebastian is free feed wet and dry food. He is litter-box trained with hooded litter box with tidy cats, litter.

EENT: Eyes clear, mild ceruminous debris AU – no obvious otitis, but cat is shaking head, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Grade 1-2/4 dental dz
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA (but difficult to ascult over cat meowing), CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
