seems interested in food but has not eaten
Observed Behavior – calm allows exam

Evidence of Trauma seen – n

EENT:Ou proptosed, dry, non functional
Oral Exam: wnl
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: proptosed eyes
Plan: NH placement asap
gave 0.05ml buprenorphinr .3mg/ml
Prognosis: fair
SURGERY:
Temporary waiver due to age
