Subjective: Intact female `cat with wounded eye Observed Behavior – Calm, do not try to escape. Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – Noner Objective P = 160 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: right eye producing a lot of seropurulent discharge., ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Purulent eye discharge, Plan 1 ml clavamox BID PO for 10 days triple antibiotic eye oint ment BID OD for 10 days Prognosis: good Temporary waiver due to eye wound
