SAFE 11/5/17 SASSAFRAS was brought in with some diarrhea – is 6 months old and a bit nervous – needs a home and some follow up vet check.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: no ulcers, cln teeth.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female – did not shave to check for spay scar due to behavior and stress.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat but urine covering back end. Slightly thin.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan: Parvo test – negative.
Temporary waiver due to diarrhea.
