08/16/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/16/17 16:56 Basic Information: Sasha is a female black cat, roughly 3 years of age. The owner received her as a gift when she was a baby but cannot keep the cat due to landlord issues. She’s never been to the vet before but has no known health conditions. Socialization: Sasha is shy for a few minutes and tolerates being pet. She’s spent time with children ages 10 and older and usually tolerates them. She is fearful of cats and will usually hide around the home. She’s never lived with dogs and never bitten a human or animal previously. Behavior: She is afraid of water and only has had a bath as a baby before. She will struggle when picking her up and placing her into a carrier. For A New Family To Know: Sasha is very independent and shy with a medium activity level. She enjoys playing with balls around the home and loves sting toys. She’ll stay in the same room generally and sleeps in the owner’s room. She uses an uncovered litter with crystal litter. She doesn’t use a scratching post and enjoys the side of the couch. Behavior During Intake: She allowed me to take her out of the box she was in; she had a very loose body doing so. She started to flee but allowed me to pet her a little and collar her doing so then quickly take a picture of her.
