*** SAFE 05/20/16 *** SWEET HEADBUTTING SOCIAL KITTEN SASHA WAS DUMPED FOR PET HEALTH BUT ALL SHE HAS IS A COLD! SASHA was only with her current owner for 2 days – her previous owner was evicted and gave her away. She didn’t get along with this current owner’s 7 other cats so they felt it was best to find her a new home – but we can see how well the ACC tried to find SASHA a home! This girl was super friendly and affectionate in her original home and also was said to be good with an autistic teen. SASHA is an all around great kitty with a super AVERAGE rating. Give her a happy ending by contacting a rescue now to pull her to safety. Email the help desk at [email protected] for rescue info. SASHA needs you tonight!!

04/26/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
04/26/16 12:59 Basic Information: Sasha is an 8 month old female kitten that her owner had for two days. Sasha’s original family was evicted from their home and this owner tried to keep her. Sasha did not get along with the other 7 cats at home and the new owner feels that it is best for Sasha to find a home without other cats. She was unable to contact the previous owners Socialization: Previously, Sasha lived with two adults and two teenagers (one that was autistic). The family reported that she was a very social kitten and played with them gently. For the two days that she spent with her current owner, she reported to be very timid and hid the whole time. She did not use the shared litter box of the other cats and would hiss when they approached. The new owner tried to pet her while she ate and she redirected and bit the owner. She then fled and went into hiding. Behavior During Intake Sasha was a bit nervous ( shaking and stiff body) but allowed counselor to pick her up, collar, take photograph and pet. She was easily placed into the cage where she went to the back of the cage to hide.
