mm’s pink, mildly decreased skin turgor
bloody discharge from right side of mouth; severe dental calc and severe inflammation of gingiva at right mandible; firm swelling at right ventral chin
OU- clear
AU- clean
no murmur, regular rhythm
lungs clear and eupneic
abdomen- snp
FS, spay scar seen
BCS 4-5/9 with some dorsal muscle wasting
A:
severe inflammation and swelling at right mandible- R/O tooth root abscess vs neoplasia vs other
P:
attempted to aspirate swelling but cat would not tolerate
gave convenia injection 0.37 mls SQ (x)
recommend geriatric bloodwork, dental, and biopsy; if not eating, recommend euthanasia
