SAFE 5/24/18 — 13 year old SANDY was brought to the shelter by her owner who said she seems to have a lot of allergies and health concerns due to her age……. seems like he didn’t take her to the vet. SANDY needs a new furever home where she can get some TLC and follow up vet care.
