SAFE 6/24/18 Poor SAMOSA was dumped in the shelter by her owner. Her owner said she took her in as a kitten when she was feral and never socialized her. SAMOSA is frightened in the shelter and needs a furever home where she can relax and regroup. She is healthy and is hoping to be adopted by someone who will give her lots of TLC!!

Preliminary Assessment: seemingly healthy
