Subjective: BAR Hydr wnl very good appetite once got started eating. Would not allow temp
Observed Behavior – Adorable friendly kitten, could do everything except temp
Evidence of Cruelty seen – none observed
Evidence of Trauma seen – none observed
Objective
T = NE P = wnl R = wnl BCS 4/9
EENT: OD chemosis w/ mild mp d/c, OS nsfears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: nsf
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic, no rua, nasal d/c or congestion
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, distended abd. Post exam soft stool in carrier
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Underage kitten

OD r/o environmental, trauma, other
Weak positive FeLV
Plan: Terramycin OD tid x 7 days
Ponazuril 50mg/ml 0.45 ml po sid x 3 days repeat in 1 week
s/n waiver because of age
Prognosis: guarded to poor depends if + FeLV because of maternal ab vs actual inf
SURGERY: Okay for surgery no
Temporary waiver due to underage
Vaccinate (5/08/17)
Faint positive for FeLV
