Subjective: no history given, burn or other wound on back below scapula, about 3″ in diameter with thick scabbing, slight distended abdomen with protruding nipples

Musculoskeletal: WNL BCS 5/9
Preliminary Assessment:burn vs other, pregnant vs heat?
Plan: DVM intake, in medical, MC and paradefense when back is healed
