No Plan Already neutered. Recommend rescue placement or adoption to someone willing to take on multiple medical conditions. Should have heart murmur worked up including, but not limited to CardioPet proBNP, chest rads +/- echocardiogram. Recommend food trial and/or referral to veterinary dermatologist for skin issues. Recommend dental prophy.
