GREY TABBY DSH – 11 WEEKS OLD – MALE – 2.2 LBS. – STRAY
VC: Nystagmus noted on initial
S/O: BAR, APP++, very fearful, unable to perform PE without handler. Normal ambulation and mentation. Resting nystagmus.
A: Nystagmus Ddx: pendular nystagmus vs congenital vestibular nystagmus.
P: Recommoend NH plea for placement due to nystagmus and apparent behavior. Nystagmus may not cause any future issues as seen with Siamese cats.
BARH- Tried to flee and bite in the beginning.
Male intact- approx 2.5 months
Eyes- Nystagmus present.
Ears and Nose- clean and clear
Teeth- baby canines and incisors present.
Coat- dull coat
Shifts away. Wide eyes. Hisses when near. Tolerates limited petting. Looks around ready to flee.
