Romina is a dilute tortie female cat who was found outside of the care center as a stray. She was adopted and returned by her owner due to her being fearful.

When around strangers Romina is fearful at times and will hide and hiss.

Romina spent time in the home around children. When around them she hid and was fearful.

Behavior Notes
Owner stated that Romina does hide in fear. On the way to the ACC in the car she was quiet. She has never been bathed brushed nor had her nails trimmed so it is unknown how she will react. Romina will tolerate being held and isn’t bothered if she is put in a carrier. If she is disturbed while she is sleeping she will hiss.

Owner described Romina as friendly at times shy and fearful. When at home Romina stays hidden and rarely seeks attention. Romina did not care to play with toys in her new owners home. She has been kept indoors only. She eats both wet and dry food. She is used to an uncovered litter box with clumping litter.

During intake Romina was hissing and growling no handling was done.
