Reaction to cage door opening: Rocky flinches then hisses and lowers his body. Reaction to touch: Rocky is very wary of his surroundings but slowly relaxes once he sniffs the assessor. He accepts petting, leans in for rubs and nudges the assessor’s hand for attention. His body is relaxed and he rolls over on his side when rubbed on his cheeks. Reaction to being picked up: Rocky was a little tense when picked up but remained calm and allows all handling. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Mellow VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Calm, Affectionate RECOMMENDATIONS: Experienced, adult home only – Rocky interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
