09/19/16 09:28 Ricky stood at the front of the carrier meowing. When the carrier door was opened, he walked onto the counter slowly and looked around. He allowed to be scanned and collared. He nuzzled counelsor’s hand when pet and started to purr. He countined to rub his head on the carrier when the counelsor stopped pettign him. He held still for his photo and was easily placed back in the carrier by gently backing him into the carrier.

Ricky was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. Reaction to assessor: Ricky was meowing softly and was rubbing up against the kennel door. Reaction when softly spoken to: Ricky lightly head butts the door and reaches out with paws towards the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Ricky is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Ricky purrs softly, allows petting all over and rolls around. She gives light head butts and appreciates attention. Reaction to being picked up: Ricky was calm, relaxed and nuzzles up in the assessor’s arms. Behavior Determination: Beginner Ricky interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat can go to a beginner home
