EENT: Pink mm, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl
ORAL: clean adult dentition
HL: No c/s
ABD: SNP, NMP
INTEG: healthy haircoat, no ectoparasites noted
MS: Ambulatory x 4
UG: FI, left side of cranial mammary chain has thickening of 2 mammae with purulent/bloody d/c extruded, no vulvar d/c
A:
Mastitis
Mild hyperglobulinemia r/o inflammation vs neoplasia vs other
P: Continue to monitor while at BACC.
Start clavamox 13.75mg/kg PO BID x14d
Recheck in 7, 14 days
3 view CXR-nsf, no sign of metastasis (MGT suspected on intake)
CBC-mild thrombocytopenia 122 (150-600) r/o clumping
Chem-mild hyperglobulinemia 5.2 (2.8-5.1)

CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
