Medical Summary microchip scan negative intact male underage kitten without queen approximately 3 weeks old BARH eyes were heavily crusted; ocular discharge OU; conjunctivitis both eyes were cleaned with warm water and erythromycin ointment applied ears are clean green nasal discharge; sneezing deciduous dentition 0.75 lbs; BCS: 3/5 showed no interest in wet food offered syringe fed A/D and nutrical well medication as per OC dr. 0844: erythromycin OU BID x 10 days, amoxi/clav potas. 45.7mg/ml 0.1ml BID x 10 days
