Observed Behavior – very sweet, allowed full exam. Jumped off table once but was easy to catch and did not run. Evidence of Cruelty seen – none Evidence of Trauma seen – none Objective BCS 9/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mild gingivitis, possible gingival overgrowth right maxillary carnassial PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; significant fat pad precludes thorough palpation U/G: neutered male, no staining or discharge appreciated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: healthy neutered male, no interventions needed at this time Plan: No treatment needed prior to adoption Prognosis: excellent
