SAFE 6/11/16 A volunteer writes: Raz is a razzle-dazzle kitty. He’s a big tuxie, handsome and loving. He comes right up to the front of his kennel when you stop by, and if you reach in to pet him, he bows his big head and waits for the pleasure of being scratched and rubbed. He is just a wonderful boy who would bring joy to any true cat lover’s home.
