His owners are surrendering him because they have “no time” for him. Abnormal CBC/Chemistry Results (7/2/17): WBC 20.78 K/uL (2.87 – 17.02) HIGH NEU 14.75 K/uL (1.48 – 10.29) HIGH PLT 84 K/uL (151 – 600) LOW ALT 173 U/L (12-130) HIGH GGT 6 U/L (0-4) HIGH Bilirubin 2+ (urine) All other values appear to be within Normal Limits Interpretation: Based on elevations in liver enzymes, recommendation is further diagnostics to r/o cholangiohepatitis (infectious vs. inflammatory vs. neoplasia) vs. IBD vs. pancreatitis , including coagulation profile, abdominal ultrasound, +/- bile acid analysis, +/- biopsies, and supportive therapy (dietary managment, supplements, +/- antibiotics) as indicated. 06/27/17 17:25 BASIC INFORMATION: Raymond is an altered, orange tabby that is 13 year. The owner adopted Raymond also known as Tigger from ACC. The owner is surrendering Raymond due to a personal problem. Raymond has no known illness. SOCIALIZATION: Raymond has lived with children ages 2 and up. He is friendly and approaches everyone. Raymond is also friendly with stranger. He allows being picking up and holding. Raymond has never been lived with cats or dogs. Around the family he is gently and friendly. BEHAVIOR: Raymond has never had bite or scratch history. The owner has never bathed, trimmed or brushed his coat. Raymond is not destructive of furniture. He always uses his scratching post. He always uses his hooded litter box. He walks into his carrier and is fine being placed in box. He grooms his nails on a scratching post made out of carpet and rough rope. FOR NEW FAMILIES TO KNOW: Raymond is described as mellow, relaxed and friendly. Raymond enjoys being with string toys and stuffed toys. He also enjoys looking out the window. When the owner arrives home he follows the owner around and meow. He loves to sleep on the sofa or window. He is an indoor cat only. Her favorite cat food is meow mix or dry Friskies.

Reaction when softly spoken to: Raymond lip licks and watches the assessor’s movements. Reaction to cage door opening: Raymond remains motionless Reaction to touch: Raymond meows softly then leans forward to sniff the assessor’s hand. His body perks up when pet, he nudges the assessor’s hand then slowly comes forward and solicits attention. Reaction to being picked up: Raymond was a bit tense when picked up, then got antsy and leaped away.
