SAFE 11/11/17 — 12 year old RALPH was dumped at the shelter because owner said he peed on the carpet. He admitted that this was the first time he did it and he had no prior issues til that day. So owner just picked up cat and took to the shelter. Gee ya think he could have taken his senior cat to the vet to see if anything medically was wrong? RALPH is very nervous in the shelter and needs a new home. In his home he was affectionate and gentle with children. Owner said he took Ralph to a groomer but not to a vet in years. Ralph needs an adopter who will give him the care he needs and not dump him back at the shelter.
