Medical Summary 01/18/17 14:16 intact male approx 1.5 years old s/o: BAR head butts, solicits attention abd wnl large lesion encompassing nasal/sinus area to inercular area. soft to touch. draining tract on riight side of nose/muzzle oral exam wnl a: abscess secondary to : ddx: FELV/FIV, injury, Cryptococcus (less likely) or tumor (unlikely dut to age) p: prognosis gretaly depends on underlying cause. FELV or tumor would carry dire prognosis, cryptococcus guarded however a “simple” infection is possible as well which would be treatable CT ASAP clavamox 65mg bid x 10d addendum: fiv+ long term prognosis guarded
