I am a male gray tabby domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 WEEKS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 10/28/2016 from NY 11369, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

10/30/2016 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 C – SEVERE CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 1.8 LBS.
10/30/16 URI noted on intital exam. O: BARH. Eating well, very active. EENT: Mild chemosis OD. No sneezing or nasal discharge noted. A: URI responding well to treatment. P: Recheck in 5 days. Excellent prognosis.

10/28/16 10:39 Kitten, Quinn is a brown tabby 6 week old DSH. Found as a stray and brought into QAC. Finder stated Quinn is social and allowed the finder to pet and hold him. Upon intake Quinn appeared to be relaxed and friendly, allowed all handling, but is scared of loud noises and may try to hide. Quinn appears to have a mild eye infection.
