Observed Behavior – Seems curious in cage, readily approaches veterinarian. Little restraint required for exam. No “warm up” time needed. Allows all body parts to be touched without signs of discomfort.

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: wnl; neutered male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dandruff otherwise healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment: Approximately 10-20% overweight, otherwise Apparently Healthy
Plan: Acceptable candidate for adoption or rescue. Recommend weight loss of ~2 lbs.
