Our medical department feels she would do better out of the shelter environment with personalized medical care. She will need placement by 5pm. She tested negative for Felv/FIV

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, no spay scar seen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, small patch of alopecia at distal left front limb, severely decreased skin turgor
CNS: depressed
