Medical Summary Scan neg. Female – 4 weeks old. BARH. MM pk. EENT: clr, cln, no discharges. MSI: LRL amputated distal to tarsus – moderately old injury – healed over but mildly swollen, yellow in color, pressure sore at base. No fleas seen. H/L good. Abd: distended but soft. UG: female, nsf. Pain: appears comfortable and standing on LRL okay. Eating very well on her own. A) Amputated LRL below tarsus – healing. P) Pen G 0.1 cc sq. Buprenex 0.02 cc SQ – then BID for 5 days. Clavamox 0.15cc po bid. VC tomorrow. PROGNOSIS for leg: guarded. Leg may heal well but may need to be amputated if worsens. Overall PROGNOSIS: Fair to good. New Hope notified for rescue but stable to stay in shelter – medical.
