PRISCELLA – A1078774
Safe - 7-7-2016 Manhattan Rescue: Feline Rescue of SI Please honor your pledges: http://felinerescueofstatenisland.org/donation/
***SAFE 07/07/16 ***NEW HOPE RESCUE ONLY Priscella is a 3 year old white and brown tabby and is also an expectant mom to be. She was brought to the shelter and had to endure but resisted the poke and prod exam the ACC likes to perform on all its captive “guests.” Is it any wonder why she went to swat and hiss? She just wants to protect her unborn babies. She is just the kind of cat the ACC likes to make disappear. Please consider applying to a New Hope Partner to adopt or foster this young girl tonight.

06/28/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Priscella looks tense in the cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Priscella remains hiding in the cat den, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Priscella retreats away from the assessor’s hand, but when once touched she stiffens up in place with eyes wandering. Placement determination: Experience / no child Priscella tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
