I came into the shelter as a stray on 27-Nov-2017.

Princeton is at risk due to being diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection which is contagious to other cats. He will likely require in home care with a course of antibiotics. Princeton should go to an experienced cat home.

KNOWN HISTORY:: Princeton was brought in as a stray, so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:: 11/28 Observed Behavior -tries to flee, meows
ENRICHMENT NOTES:: Curled up under kuranda bed, eyes dilated, seems unsure. Sat up when door opened. Allowed pets, but started anxious meowing and lip licking. Sprayed thunderease.
Cage Condition:: No change
Reaction to assessor:: Princeton remains tense, crouched position at the back of the cage during the approach.
Reaction when softly spoken to:: Princeton becomes alert with eyes wide open.
Reaction to cage door opening:: Princeton remains immobile in place, ears erect and forward.
Reaction to touch:: Princeton allows the touch, but began to lip lick and tightly curl up with no interest with the interaction.
