ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: spayed, SS seen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: untreated diabetes mellitus
Prognosis:good/fair
Plan:gave 1.5 units pzi at 630pm, will get 1 unit bid going forward
