REC BUPRENEX 0.16ML Q12 X 5 DAYS AND ERYTHROMYCIN OS Q12 X 10 DAYS. WILL REQUIRE SURGICAL REPAIR VS LEG AMPUTATION, WILL LIKELY REQUIRE LEFT EYE ENUCLEATION. CONTINUE TO MONITOR WHILE AT BACC.
