Medical Summary Limited PE via net Microchip: negative Sex: intact female Age: appx 3y but hard to examine dentition Mentation: BARH Eyes: clear Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: mild staining, labial ulcers or cat bit interior when fleeing If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: WNL Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: no Any injuries: rfl paw flexed medially from carpals and non weight bearing, ulcerated surface (possible open fracture)–reported that neighborhood cat “had been this way a month or so” Behavior: fractious but non aggressing, will flee and fearful, cat is dexterous enough to scale the wall when fleeing, very hard to catch up Medication: N/A, preventatives given, fasted cat for sedated exam in a.m.
