Medical Summary Hx: two kittens brought in together without mom; noted to be eating on their own S/O approx 5 weeks scan neg QAR, hisses in cage but allows handling mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; deciduous canines and premolars present mild alopecia around mouth-wood’s lamp neg small area of crusting, thin hair on top of head-wood’s lamp neg eyes clear ears clean heart/lungs WNL soft, nonpainful abdomen with no palpable abnormalities female A underage/underweight alopecia-r/o healing wounds vs ringworm vs other P DTM culture no meds for ringworm started due to low suspect but rec’d using precaution prognosis: excellent
