PHOEBUS aka PHOEBE – A1078026
Safe - 6-23-2016 Manhattan Rescue: Staten Island Hope Please honor your pledges: http://www.statenislandhoperescue.org/
***SAFE 06/23/16*** As much as the ACC moans and complains about PHOEBUS, a 2-year-old boy who was taken to them as a stray on June 18th, how much do you want to bet that they will have NO PROBLEM handling him tomorrow? They gave him a girly name when he arrived, and made sure to record some genuinely terrified cat behavior in his notes, and then they slapped him with a NEW HOPE rating and crammed him onto tonight’s massive At-Risk List. They have done NOTHING to help this cat, and everything to hide him from the public eye and paint him as a wild animal. But when it’s time to kill him tomorrow, they will have INSANE LEVELS OF CAT WHISPERER SKILLS, and they will have NO PROBLEM jabbing that needle into him. Only a NEW HOPE rescue can turn it around for PHOEBUS, tonight!
