Vocalizing loudly in front of kennel. Tolerates petting along head and body while continuing to vocalize and turning head to watch my hand. Needs more time to adjust. Sprayed feliway.

Subjective: describe how he animal is presenting and any known history – stray. Ocular discharge and ear mites reported on admissions
Eyes: OU – MPOD, mod chemosis, conj hyperemia, but cornea clr.
Ears:mildly dirty ears but no black d/c, not pruritic
Oral Exam: no ulcers, kitten dentitia
Heart: WNL
Lungs: mild bubbling SND
Abdomen: snp, nmp
Musculoskeletal: ambx 4. BCS = 5/9. Fleas but good haircoat.
Mentation:good
Preliminary Assessment:
8 wk M
URI
Plan: Clean eyes and ears.
Clavamox 0.25 cc po bid x 10 d – first dose given.
Erythromycin OU BID x 7 days.
Put in iso.
Temporary waiver for sx.
