PETER PARKER – A1102032
Safe - 2-12-2017 Manhattan
SAFE 2/12/17 Meet Peter Parker: Peter Parker came in with a bite wound on his ear of an unknown origin. The bite wound is minor and healing well, but because the source is unknown, Peter Parker will be on a 6 month Department of Health hold, which can be completed as an in-home quarantine. This quarantine requires Peter Parker to be seen by the vet periodically for the first four months, and then will necessitate phone calls to the NYC Department of Health for the remaining two months. Any pets in the home must have proof of rabies vaccination. Please help this super cute beginner boy today!
