Peppermint “20288” is a spayed 3yrs old DSH that was surrendered due to relocating. Peppermint has never suffered any injuries or major medical issues. Peppermint did develop a UTI about 8 month ago. The client explained that it cleared up with medication given by the vet.

How is this cat around strangers?
Around stranger Peppermint is approachable and friendly. When stranger enter the home she likes walking in and out of their legs. She allows to be rubbed and pet by the stranger. When she really enjoy it , she will begin to purr. Peppermint has never displayed a behavior concern towards strangers.
How is this cat around children?
Peppermint has spent limited time around children however when the client’s nephew visited the home she was relaxed and respectful. She would often lay next to him and purr. Peppermint never displayed any behavior concerns towards the child.

Peppermint has no experience with cats.

Peppermint has no experience with dogs.

Peppermint isn’t bothered by the following being placed inside of a carrier being picked up or held being exposed to water or being brushed. the previous owner stated that peppermint loved getting brushed. At times, she’ll even fall asleep. Peppermint slept in her cat bed ,right next to the window. She enjoyed the sun in the morning. Peppermint is fully litter box trained with no record of accidents. If her litter box wasn’t clean, she would meow continuously in the direction of her litter box.

Peppermint is described as affectionate, independent and friendly. Peppermint is actively following the people throughout the home. Peppermint was fed both wet and dry foods 3x a day. The client mixed the wet and dry foods only at dinner time. Peppermint favors wet foods types such as Tune, sweet potato and duck. Peppermint enjoys bacon flavored treats. She will meow when hungry. Peppermint favorite toys is the laser pointer however she will play with bottles and pen caps.
