*** SAFE 09/21/16 *** ADORABLE & AVERAGE RATED…..STILL DUMPED FOR NEW BABY!!….A volunteer writes: Pepper is a charming, playful, and gorgeous sweetheart looking to meet her forever family at the Manhattan Care Center. She’s alert and interested in what’s going on around her though not at all bothered by the noises in the busy Care Center. In fact, the extroverted and easy going Pepper is so engaged in meeting people that she is always ready to greet new friends at the front of her kennel (if she happens to be napping, she’s very quick to get up). Spending time with Pepper is a joy because she truly loves interacting with people and will cuddle and play for as long as possible…..DON’T LET A COLD KILL PEPPER!! Apply to FOSTER or ADOPT HER NOW!!
