***GONE 03/14/16***PRETTY PEPPER IS PURRFECTLY HEALTHY BUT WILL DIE DUE TO FEAR—BE HER HERO! Eight month old angel, Pepper is another sad victim of a recent hoarding case that saw this precious pet come in with several of her housemates. There is not a mean bone in Pepper’s body—she is just (naturally) fearful in the kill happy shelter. She needs a kind, patient new purrson—willing to help Pepper learn to trust again. If you think it is a tragic disgrace that a healthy young cat like Pepper finds her precious life in peril and ready to BE THE SOMEBODY in SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING, please reserve this darling girl online. Email our help desk for assistance and we will lead you through the process–. [email protected] Transportation is available. Don’t forget fostering saves lives so let us know if you can offer temporary or purrmanent safe haven. Let’s get busy now. Just three lives at stake tonight. Reaction to touch: Pepper accepts the stroke, but flinches during the touch and remains immobile with ears drawn to the side. Placement determination: Experience / no child Pepper tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children.
