Objective BCS 1/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Difficult to examine through net PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Distended, firm caudal abdomen, non painful U/G: Nipples enlarged and dry, mammary tissue developing. No lactation. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Pregnant Plan: Spay Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery 1088
