Behavior Assessment Date: 10/4/2017 Retest Date: Retest Reason: Next Test Date: KNOWN HISTORY: Peluche was brought in without information on his behavior history in a home environment. ENRICHMENT NOTES: 10/04/17 Lying in litterbox with a low body and tilted ears. Tail is wrapped around body. He lifts his head and makes eye contact when spoken to. Tolerates petting along his head and body while remaining very still, ears flattened. Uncomfortable. He sniffs the treats I place down but wonâ€™t eat them during our interaction. Needs more time to adjust. Cage Condition: Cage is neat Reaction to assessor: Peluche was lying down in his litter box and had a low body posture. Reaction when softly spoken to: Peluche averts his gaze and his ears tilt slightly sideways. Reaction to cage door opening: Peluche remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Peluche sniffs the assessor’s hand and accepts petting. He warms up and arches his body, and then leans in for cheek rubs. He slowly gets up and rubs his head against the assessor. Reaction to being picked up: Peluche is a bit tense during pick up, but he remains calm when held.
