Subjective large amoount of necrotic debris focused on right side of face- from eye to chin, mucopurulent d/c ou, sneezing
Observed Behavior – quiet
Evidence of Cruelty seen – none
Evidence of Trauma seen – none
Objective
T = P =230 R = 30 BCS 4/9, can feel spine but abdomen is rotund
EENT: mucopurulent d/c ou, cleaned debris- inflammed skin from medical canthus os to nose, conjunctivitis ou
Oral Exam: necrotic debris upper right maxillary arcade- cleaned and there is a small ulcer on the gingiva
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: no spay scar palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
