Subjective: BAR. Vocal, hissing, and growling. But would also purr. Limited PE and had to approach slowly. Difficult during med handling, loud yowling, growling, hissing, tries to swat.

Oral Exam: p would not allow thorough oral exam. Suspect moderate dental disease. Missing several incisors, and upper and lower right canines
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no overt masses palpated. P would not allow deep palp
U/G: FI, no spay scar seen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
