Mentation: BARH, nervous, mild hissing and growling in cage, but during Exam, cat allowed all handling
Eyes: mild cloudy
Ears: moderate dirty/debris
Nose: clear
Teeth: moderate staining tartar- possible gingivitis
BCS: 6/9
Skin: wnl, no flea seen
Hair Coat: shedding hair coat
Any injuries: no
Behavior: nervous, mild hissing and growling in cage, but during Exam, cat allowed all handling
Behavior Notes: hesitant, tense, and nervous but allowed me to pet her head with no issue though her ears did go back and she had very dilated pupils.
